McClintock Family Medicine formerly known as The Leslie Clinic was founded in 1985 by Dr. Tom Leslie with the vision of creating a medical practice that treats every patient with dignity and first-rate care. The nurses and office staff at McClintock Family Medicine are highly-trained and exceptionally friendly. We understand that for many, visiting a doctor can be a stressful experience and we do all we can to make you comfortable while in the clinic.

Jacob N. McClintock, MD

Dr. Jacob McClintock grew up in Western Grove, AR and graduated from high school there.  He attended Arkansas Tech University where he earned a bachelor's degree in Biology.  He attended medical school at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock with his wife Dr. Sarah.  They both completed their residency in Family Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX.  Dr. Jake enjoys the challenge of helping patients achieve their best health.  In his free time he enjoys practicing karate and jiu jitsu.

Sarah B. McClintock, MD

Dr. Sarah Beth McClintock grew up in Batesville, AR and graduated from high school there.  She completed her bachelor's degree in Biology at Davidson College.  She attended medical school at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.  She met Dr. Jake their first year of medical school and got married a year later.  They completed their residency in Family Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX.  Dr. Sarah enjoys seeing patients of all ages and working with them to maximize their health and wellness.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising with her family and friends, and traveling.

Mary

Mary Seawright, APRN

Mary graduated from North Arkansas College with an Associates of Nursing and obtained her RN license in 2009. She went on to get her Bachelor's Degree from Arkansas Tech University in 2010. She obtained her Master's Degree from University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in 2015. She is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and is board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through American Nurses Credentialing Center.

In her spare time Mary enjoys hiking, gardening and spending time with her family.

Jean Ann Thompson, APRN/FNP-C

Graduated from North Arkansas College in 1993 with RN Associates degree. In 2005 she graduated from Southwest Missouri with Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. In 2015 she went on to graduate from University of Central Arkansas with Masters Degree/Nurse Practitioner's degree where she obtained certification in January 2016. She has since worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Family medicine for 8 years. When Jean Ann is not working, she enjoys her spending time with her Church, family, friends & pets and enjoys reading mystery novels and working out in her garden.

Amanda Tollett, APRN

Amanda is a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and is dually board certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner through the National Certification Corporation and Family Nurse Practitioner through The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Amanda graduated from North Arkansas College with an Associates of Nursing and obtained her RN license in 2008. She went on to get her Bachelor's Degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing University in 2015. She obtained her Master's Degree specializing in Women's Health from Frontier Nursing University in 2019. She received her post Master's Degree for Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain College of Nursing University in June 2022.

For 13 years, Amanda has worked in the emergency department, including North Arkansas Regional Medical Center and Cox Health in Branson.  In her spare time, Amanda enjoys painting, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.
